-We will provide this opportunity for up to 12 teams per Mens DMR before we cap it off
-All relays will have lanes blocked out for a select number of teams in the top heats as a part of the WR Challenges

Mens Mile/800m and Womens 1500m/800m Challenges:
-The focus of the Mens Mile and Womens 800m is to get as many Sub 4’s / Sub 2:04’s as possible AND to provide an individual event for athletes on the teams entered in any of the All-Comers relay events. For these reasons, the Mile/1500m and 800m entry standards for individuals are very high in order to save spots for athletes on relay teams.
-Mens Mile/800m requires a Sub 4:00 Mile or equivalent 1500m 3:42.00 / 1:46.99 in last 28 months or the athlete is on the DMR/4xMile or 4x800m WR All-Comers Challenge Team’s 6 designated athletes (there is no time entry standard for the 6 designated athletes, every athlete will be accepted)
-Womens 1500m/800m requires a Sub 4:12 / 2:04 in last 28 months or the athlete is on the DMR or 4x800m WR All-Comers Challenge Team’s 6 designated athletes (there is no time entry standard for the 6 designated athletes, every athlete will be accepted)
-The Mens Mile will have a 1500m En Route FAT split results that will be posted as official results (IE each athlete will get an official time for the Mile and 1500m)
-We will be providing rabbits for at least the top heat in all the Challenge races, more rabbits will be added to heats depending on entries and quality.
-Please enter Mile PR’s (or convert 1500m PR’s to Mile PR’s and submit that as your athlete’s time)
-The actual seeding of the heats will be done by meet management and be primarily based off the most recent marks to ensure each heat is seeded appropriately on current fitness levels and potential.
-Mile entries will have to register and pay on AthleticNET HERE (Watch Registration Help Video HERE) and will be charged $50.00 per individual event on-time entry, $95.00 after late fee April 9th 7pm PT deadline.
